  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We will accept returns on unopened items within three (3)  calendar days of the purchase date for a store credit only. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund. No exchanges are allowed at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For information on how to return an item, please contact our customer service department at sales@superiorstreetpowersports.com.

    Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow up to three (3) business days from the shipping date for your account to be credited via store credit/gift card. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Superior Street Golf Carts ships to all 50 U.S. states at an additional cost to the consumer and follows the standard methods available by USPS/UPS/FEDEX. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to an additional ten (10) business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Superior can only ship domestically at this time.
